Mihika Sharma is a dedicated finance and compliance professional pursuing Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretary qualifications, with practical exposure in accounting, taxation, statutory audit, and financial reporting.

She has successfully cleared both groups of CA Intermediate and CS Executive, along with CSEET, demonstrating strong academic consistency and commitment towards the profession. Alongside her professional studies, she completed her Bachelor of Commerce from CCS University, Ghaziabad, with First Division.

Mihika has gained hands-on experience through her articleship and audit assignments with reputed firms and organizations. During her tenure at MSA & Associates, Delhi, she worked on bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, income tax return filing, GST compliance, TDS returns, tax audits, and issuance of turnover certificates. She is proficient in accounting software such as Tally and Busy.

She also worked with KPMG (BSR & Co. LLP), Gurugram, in the Statutory Audit domain, where she was involved in audit procedures for large corporate clients, including IPO-bound entities. Her experience includes walkthroughs, substantive testing, IFC testing, control testing, and assisting in audit report preparation under Indian Accounting Standards and regulatory frameworks.

With a keen interest in finance, taxation, and compliance, Mihika continues to strengthen her practical and technical expertise while building a strong foundation in the profession.
