He has further enhanced his expertise through advanced certifications, including DISA (Diploma in Information Systems Audit), FAFD (Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection), and AICA Level-1 (Artificial Intelligence Certification from ICAI). These qualifications demonstrate his specialised competence in Information Systems Audit, forensic accounting, fraud detection, and the application of emerging technologies in the field of finance.

He holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.), which provide him with a solid academic foundation in accounting, finance, and business management.

Mr. Kumar brings extensive professional experience across domestic and international assignments. He has worked with Walmart Inc., Canada, where he was engaged in inventory management and SOX compliance support for the Finance Controllership team, gaining exposure to global financial reporting standards and internal control frameworks. He has also been actively involved in audits of multinational clients and advisory engagements across various industries.
